Founded in 2019 by Sahil Kalsi and Rohini Kapila, Melt and Grill started with one simple goal — to bring authentic fusion food to Kingston, made fresh every single day. What began as a small local idea quickly grew into one of the city’s most loved family-owned restaurants.
From day one, Kamal and Manmeet have been part of the Melt and Grill journey — supporting the brand like family and helping it become what it is today: a name Kingston proudly calls its own.
Our first location opened in Downtown Kingston — right on Princess Street — where we built our foundation on quality, freshness, and friendly service.
After years of love and support from our amazing community, we proudly expanded in 2025 to the West End of Kingston, at 759 Bayridge Drive.
The Bayridge location brought something new to the table — our freshly made bubble tea — but everything else remained the same: handmade momos, freshly prepared patties, and food made right in-store, never frozen, always real.
